Yes. We support single-unit sample orders at list price. Many clients order 1-2 sample units to evaluate quality before placing bulk orders (20+ units). Sample units ship within the same 40HQ container; you pay the product price + actual shipping cost. Once you approve and place a bulk order, we often credit the sample cost toward your order.
Do prices include assembly or installation? ▼
FOB prices cover the product only — no assembly or installation. However, flat pack units are designed for DIY assembly in 2-4 hours with 2-3 people using basic tools. We provide detailed assembly manuals and video guides. For large projects, we can arrange a supervisor to travel to your site for assembly training (additional cost).
How long are price quotes valid for? ▼
Quotations are typically valid for 30 days. Steel prices and shipping rates fluctuate. For large projects (50+ units), we can lock in pricing for up to 60 days with a small deposit. We recommend requesting an updated quote when you're ready to order.
What payment terms do you accept? ▼
Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders over $50,000. Production lead time is 15-30 days depending on order volume and customization.
