Distributor Programme
Nine markets, one factory
If you resell, rent out or install container buildings rather than live in one, this page is for you. Ports, transit times, order sizes and local stock across nine markets are set out below; export documents and the order process are written once.
Who we supply
Distributors & importers
Steady container loads, model mix to suit your market, and regional protection that can be discussed per territory.
Contractors & EPC
Project quantities with the paperwork your client engineer will ask for: material certificates, panel fire documents, structure drawings.
Rental fleet operators
Units built to be moved repeatedly — bolted flat-pack and K-type frames rather than welded boxes that cannot be re-erected.
Government & NGO programmes
Bid support, staged delivery and consistent specification across phases so a later batch matches the first one.

Market by market
Ghana West Africa
Mining camps, oil and gas projects and construction sites around Accra, Tema and the Ashanti region.
- · We already rank on page one for Ghana container house price searches, so your buyers find us too.
- · Tema and Takoradi are regular routes for us; we can quote CIF on either port.
- · Camps are usually ordered in blocks of 10–40 units, which suits a dealer holding stock.
Philippines Southeast Asia
Site offices, worker housing and typhoon-resistant utility buildings for construction and BPO fit-outs.
- · Short sea freight means stock turns faster than from Europe or the US.
- · We supply the typhoon-rated fixing detail used on camps in Luzon and Visayas.
- · Davao and Cebu orders usually ship together on one 40HQ part-load.
Bangladesh South Asia
Garment factory worker housing, site offices and flood-season utility buildings.
- · One of our highest click-through markets — buyers here search with clear purchase intent.
- · Raised foundation detail for flood-prone sites is a standard option.
- · Chittagong consolidation saves freight on mixed orders.
Malaysia Southeast Asia
Construction site offices, plantation worker housing and data-centre project camps.
- · We hold a local service team and warehouse stock in Malaysia.
- · Port Klang is a five-day run, so replenishment is faster than any domestic competitor expects.
- · Spare parts and additional units do not wait for a sea freight cycle.
Indonesia Southeast Asia
Mining camps in Kalimantan and Sulawesi, plantation housing, and construction site offices.
- · We hold a local service team and warehouse stock in Indonesia.
- · Mining camp orders often mix dormitory, ablution and canteen units in one shipment.
- · Tanjung Priok and Surabaya both work; we quote whichever clears faster for you.
Vietnam Southeast Asia
Factory worker housing, construction site offices and industrial park utility buildings.
- · We hold a local service team and warehouse stock in Vietnam.
- · Northern orders go through Hai Phong, southern through Cat Lai — we quote both.
- · Short lead time suits factories adding capacity at short notice.
Thailand Southeast Asia
Construction worker camps, factory dormitories and site offices around Bangkok and the Eastern Seaboard.
- · We hold a local service team and warehouse stock in Thailand.
- · Laem Chabang is our usual quote point, with CIF available.
- · Two-storey camps with 3 m corridor and steel stairs are a standard configuration.
Taiwan East Asia
Construction site offices, farm worker housing and temporary facilities for events and tourism.
- · Our Taiwan pages already rank on page one for container house size and price searches.
- · Kaohsiung is a three-day run, the shortest of any of our export markets.
- · We supply the imperial-to-ping conversion tables your customers ask about.
Greece Europe
Island resort accommodation, seasonal staff housing and construction site offices.
- · Greece is one of our strongest organic markets — buyers already find us on page one.
- · Island projects need units that arrive complete, because on-site labour is scarce and expensive.
- · Piraeus and Thessaloniki are both covered in our CIF quotes.
Export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Material certificates and panel fire documents on request; ISPM 15 treated timber packing where the destination requires it. We supply the HS code your agent needs, but duty and VAT are paid by the importer at destination — the rate depends on the code filed and the value assessed, so we neither file on your behalf nor publish a percentage.
How an order runs
- 1 Send the requirement: unit type, quantity, destination port and target date
- 2 We return a proposal with model recommendation, packing plan and delivered price
- 3 Sample or first article if you need one before committing to volume
- 4 Production in batches, with photos at frame, panel and packing stages
- 5 Shipping, documents and after-sales support for the first installation
Common questions
What is the minimum order?
+
Ten units for a regular order; models can be mixed. A single unit is possible as a paid sample if you need to verify quality first.
How many units fit in one container?
+
Six to eight flat-pack units per 40HQ, depending on model and fit-out level. The loading plan is issued with the quotation.
Do you pay duty and VAT for us?
+
No. Duty and VAT are paid by the importer at destination. We supply the HS code and consistent documents; the rate depends on the code filed and the value assessed.
Can you quote CIF or DDP?
+
CIF to a named port is standard. DDP is assessed case by case against destination clearance rules and is not available in every market.
Do you offer exclusivity?
+
Regional protection can be discussed per territory, but exclusivity is not promised up front — terms are agreed once an annual volume is set.
