Singapore searches for container space are mostly for offices, not homes: site offices, temporary offices, and rental units for construction and events. We supply the units — from a single 20ft office to a multi-unit two-storey block — with stock held in Malaysia rather than waiting on a China shipment.

What the price covers
- FOB factory price
- The unit as specified. This is the number most suppliers quote.
- Freight
- China to Singapore, or Malaysia to Singapore where stock is available.
- Singapore import charges
- Duty and GST apply according to the HS code your forwarder files — we supply the code and consistent documents, and do not publish a rate.
- Site works
- Foundation, cranage, power connection and any permit your landlord or JTC requires.
Ask any supplier which of the four layers their price includes. A quote that looks 40% cheaper is usually FOB only.
If you need to rent rather than buy
We sell; we do not operate a rental fleet in Singapore. Rental is usually arranged by local operators who buy from us, so if you need a unit for six months, the practical route is a rental company — and if you are that rental company, talk to us about volume pricing and spare parts.

How fast can a unit reach a Singapore site?

Where the model is in our Malaysia stock, typically under a week including transport; models built to order take longer. We confirm against your date rather than promise a blanket lead time.
Can an office unit be stacked for a two-storey site office?

Yes. The flat pack frame is designed for stacking, with an external walkway and steel staircase. The foundation and tie-down detail are issued with the drawings.
Do you supply rental companies?

Yes — that is a large part of our Singapore business. We quote in multiples, keep the specification consistent between batches, and can hold spare parts.
What permits does a site office need in Singapore?

That depends on the site, the landlord and whether it is temporary. We provide the structural drawings, material certificates and panel fire documents your engineer needs for the submission; we do not advise on permits.
