Prefab Labor Camp Dormitory — NEOM, Saudi Arabia

As a China-based flat pack container house manufacturer, we supplied 300 prefabricated container dormitory units to a major EPC contractor working on the NEOM infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia. The labor camp complex includes 250 worker dormitories (4-person capacity each), 20 management suites, a 300-seat canteen with industrial kitchen, centralized laundry facilities, prayer rooms, and administrative offices. All units meet Saudi Building Code requirements with enhanced thermal insulation for extreme desert temperatures (50°C+). The project was completed on a tight 45-day timeline, with our team providing full on-site assembly supervision and after-sales support.
