The dual-purpose compound includes 8 site office units (32 workstations for project management, engineering, and client meetings), 35 worker dormitory units (4-person bunk layout, 140-bed total), 3 bathroom/shower blocks, 2 storage units, and a 2-unit linked mess hall. Typhoon-resistant design with enhanced roof tie-downs, insect screens, and moisture-resistant materials. All electrical pre-wired with Philippine 220V standard. The entire compound was operational within 5 days — 3 weeks faster than traditional construction.
